Looking back on the 2017 Highlights. Attending one of New York City's biggest book events of the year helped me develop a vision for the Brooklyn Writers Press which has yet to publish its first title.

Attending the event felt like a professional homecoming for me as far as choosing a career path is concerned.

Since I was a kid, books offered a sense of magic. And now so many years later to think that I can have a hand in their very creation is a whole new sort of magic.
